BhaktiYog Sangli is an online portal developed by Quantox Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for the grand wellness-spiritual event “Bhaktyog,” hosted by Sangli District authorities. The platform serves as an information and registration hub, guiding schools, institutions, and individuals to register as centers or participants. It features instructions for participation, downloadable program booklets, event news, yoga protocols, and promotional material—all in Marathi. The portal streamlines coordination for over 5 lakh participants, weaving together collaboration among government bodies, local organizations, and citizens on a spiritual and health-focused public platform.

Preliminary Design or Layouts

Designed with clarity and cultural resonance in mind, the site uses clean Marathi-language typography and vibrant saffron and white accents. Primary navigation includes sections like portal usage, participant instructions, program booklet, news, and FAQs. Interactive elements—such as center registration, login, and live event instructions—are presented with clear call-to-action buttons. Event graphics and logos (Zilla Parishad Sangli, Chitale Dairy) are placed contextually to build credibility and visual identity on all devices

The Challenge

The goal was to support large-scale public participation across Sangli District, in a multilingual, low-bandwidth-friendly portal. We needed to deliver registration flows for thousands of centers, support PDF protocols, digital guidance in Marathi, and real-time updates—all while maintaining intuitive navigation. Ensuring accessibility across rural devices and handling heavy visitor traffic during the event was critical to success.

What We’ve Done

We created a scalable, user-centric portal to streamline event participation and information dissemination:

The Result

BhaktiYog Sangli portal enabled seamless coordination of over 500,000 participants across Sangli District—including schools, clubs, and public institutions. It became the central hub for guidance, news, and registration. Portal usage soared on registration dates, with high user satisfaction noted through feedback and local appreciation. The site reinforced community engagement and delivered transparent event communication effectively
